Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using LOCATIONiQ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. The Service
LOCATIONiQ provides deterministic, AI-assisted scoring and analysis to support commercial real-estate site selection. Outputs are decision-support, not professional advice. Demographic, competitive, labor, and economic figures are estimates derived from public data sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Foot-traffic and lease economics are directional and must be independently verified before any commitment.
3. Accounts & organizations
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your organization. Roles (Owner, Admin, Analyst, Viewer) govern what each member can do. Keep your credentials secure.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. Plan limits (sites, seats, Scout runs, reports) are enforced. Failed payments may suspend paid features. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach tenant isolation or access other organizations’ data, no scraping or reselling outputs in violation of upstream data providers’ terms, and no fabrication of contacts or provenance.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the data you input. We retain rights to the Service, the scoring engine, and aggregated, de-identified analytics used to improve it.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOCATIONiQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on its outputs. Validate independently before signing a lease or committing capital.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can export or delete your data from Account settings.
